INTERACT at AQUARIUS 2025 General Assembly

INTERACT Association attended the 2nd General Assembly of AQUARIUS Horizon Europe project, which took place in Helsinki on 10th-12th February, 2025.

Inkode, INTERACT partner on software development and data access, presented the Transnational Access Platform (TAP), the new version of INTERACCESS portal, which is employed in AQUARIUS (and POLARIN) for call management, selection process, reporting and statistics of Transnational and Remote Access.

The first AQUARIUS TA Call closed on 20th January, and proposals are now in review. The second call will open on 2nd September, 2025. You can find more information on AQUARIUS project here.

The meeting was a fantastic occasion to meet marine research infrastructure operators and to learn more about the opportunities and challenges of providing access to research vessels and marine RIs, allowing a better customization of TAP for their specifics and needs.
